How To Be ‘Glut-e-ful’

So I want to let you in on a little secret my Be ‘Glut-e-ful’* workshops have been such a great success. I’ve been able to reach out to so many women from all ages and all different types of lifestyles on how to build a nice booty without excessive cardio and without excessive dieting.

I felt it was only fair to give those who live too far to join us to learn a few things on how to get the booty YOU want.

Here are some pointers:

  1. Stimulate the glute muscles often
  2. Always have mind muscle connection with your glutes
  3. Use proper form
  4. Train heavy…I mean it!
  5. Use compound movements
  6. Don’t do to much cardio
  7. Eat enough stop the dieting
  8. Be patient!

Number 8 is definitely the hardest one because it’s rare that we can see our progress but I guarantee if you stay consistent the results will come I promise!
