The Hardest 10min of Your Life

I came up with this workout at one of my A-Fit Bootcamps, but the boot campers only did 5min of this however the other day I wanted to bump it up to 10min by doing it every minute on the minute. As you read what the workout entails it doesn’t seem too bad until you put it to work. I still need to advance at this. Meaning, by the 8th minute I am falling behind. Here it is!

Set a timer for 10min if possible have it beep every minute. I currently use the GYMBOSS timer where it beeps at me and whatever interval I set it for [It’s far better than trying to watch the clock when your in the zone.]

Burpee x12
*standard burpee

Chest to ground burpee x12
* jump down into a burpee then drop your chest into the ground then come up and jump

mountain climber burpee x12
* jump down into a burpee then do a mountain climber then come up and jump

high knees burpee x12
* do two high kness then the burpee

one arm burpee 6x/arm
* only one arm can be used in this burpee 6 each side is a total of 12

jumping jack burpee x12
* jump down into a burpee then jump jack your legs out then come up and jump

squat burpee x12
* jump down into a burpee then jump up into a squat then come up and jump

knee tuck burpee x12
* jump down into a burpee then tap each knee to opposite elbow then come up and jump

heel tap burpee x12
* tap your heels twice then do the burpee

traditional push up burpee x12
* a real burpee always has a push up at the bottom. Therefore jump down into a burpee do the pushup then come up and jump

The goal is to do 12 reps of the designed exercise movement within the minute. What’s cool is if you complete 12 reps before the minute is over you get to rest until the next minute comes up. Trust me mid way your trying to hurry you @$$ because you’re going to want to rest so bad even if it’s 20sec. That’s it 10min of brutal heart pumping cardio!
